Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan yang lambat dalam merespon pengaduan pelanggan.

Saya kemarin ke kantor Gojek untuk melaporkan akun Gobiz saya yang telah dihack/diretas oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan security memberikan nomor HP untuk pengaduan tersebut. Saya sudah mencoba untuk menghubungi nomor HP tersebut beberapa kali tapi tidak di respon baik tilp maupun WhatsApp saya tidak ada balasan.

Sebagai pelanggan saya bingung untuk proses pengaduannya dan saya kecewa banget dengan hal ini.

Semoga pihak manajemen Gojek bisa membaca pengaduan saya ini.

Pelayanan tidak ramah, staff diajar untuk selalu menyudutkan driver dan tidak bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Tidak win win solution untuk setiap masalah.

Akhir-Akhir ini, Go Car setip Bulan Nombok terus karna Orderan Makin hari, makin gak ada Customernya. Karena banyak Customer pindah kelain Hati. (apl lain)
