ESPT 21 failed to load Database information

• I am trying to connect to a VS 2005 MDF database. It appears that the only way to connect to it is through a datset. Is this right?

  But when I try to use the report, I get the following error at runntime:

  An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime.

  Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.

• I forgot that Crystal Reports does not initialize with x64 configuration. I changed the configuration to x86 and it now initializes.

Kendala Error pada ESPT PPH 21 ketika melakukan PRINT, terjadi karena Crystal Report yang diinstall tidak cocok dengan yang diharuskan di dalam E-SPT itu sendiri.

Adapun solusinya adalah dengan melakukan sebagai berikut :

1. Control Panel
2. Program and Feature -> Uninstall Program
3. Klik  Uninstall Crystal Report & SAP Crystal Report Runtime Engine versi 64bit. 
4. Lalu Buka Hasil Download E-SPT PPH 21 => Crystal Report For .Net Framwork 4.0

5. Click pada CRRuntime yang versi 32 bit.

6. Install dan Selesai

Pembahasan kali ini mengenai aplikasi eSPT PPh 21. Saat itu saya mendapat pesan berupa gambar yang menandakan terjadinya error pada aplikasi eSPT PPh 21. Karena pada saat itu sedang ada acara, ya mohon maaf jika slow respon.

Kronologis munculnya error pada aplikasi eSPT PPh 21, pada saat selesai melakukan input data di aplikasi eSPT PPh 21 tentunya akan melakukan peloporan atas SPT Masa PPh 21. Yang akan dijadikan bahan laporan SPT sudah pasti file CSV dan hardcopy hasil cetakan dari aplikasi eSPT PPh 21. Untuk CSV sudah pasti tidak ada kendala.

Pada saat akan melakukan cetak SPT induk eSPT PPh 21 muncul error, "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. Could not load file or assembly CrystalDecisions Windows Form. Version=13.0.2000.0.Culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=629fbea5521e1304'or one of its dependences. The system cannot find the file specified". Akibat muncul error tersebut induk eSPT PPh 21 tidak bisa dicetak apalagi diprint.

Solusi pertama, jika anda menemui error yang sama cobalah instal kembali crystal report beserta NET Framework pada PC/laptop. Khusus untuk NET Framework usahakan memakai NET Framework 4. Jika sudah terinstal pilih repair atau anda akan remove dan instal ulang, silahkan pilih.

Apabila dengan instal crystal report dan NET Framework 4 tidak berhasil mengatasi induk eSPT PPh 21 yang akan dicetak masih ada solusi kedua. Selanjutnya, lihat versi aplikasi eSPT PPh 21 yang anda gunakan. Pastikan sudah berada pada versi terbaru yaitu eSPT PPh 21 Versi 2.4 atau paling tidak versi 2.2. Seperti yang ada dalam gambar (lihat gambar) versi aplikasi eSPT masih menggunkan versi aplikasi eSPT PPh 21 versi 2.0.

Jika masih belum berhasil dengan update aplikasi, solusi terakhir adalah lakukan uninstal kemudian instal ulang aplikasi eSPT PPh 21 dengan versi yang terbaru yaitu 2.4. Dengan instal ulang, kebanyakan permasalahan terkait tidak dapat cetak induk berbgai aplikasi eSPT dapat teratasi. Demikian, semoga bermanfaat.
